Screen joint or seam

Due to the limitations of fabric width, the projection surface of a projection screen may require “stitching” multiple pieces of fabric together during manufacturing(except for fabrics with structures on the surface). This process inevitably leaves horizontal or vertical "seam marks" on the screen. Particularly under high-brightness projection, these seams—due to slight variations in thickness and texture—can become visible because of differences in light reflection angles. This not only affects the overall smoothness of the screen but may also cause uneven brightness distribution in the projected image.

At SCREEN PRO, optimizing stitching techniques to minimize seam visibility is always our goal.
