Due to fabric width limitations, large projection screens may require multiple pieces of material to be joined during manufacturing (except for certain structured surface materials).
This process can result in subtle horizontal or vertical seam lines. Under high-brightness projection conditions, these seams may become more noticeable due to slight variations in material thickness and surface reflection characteristics.
In real-world viewing, seam visibility depends on lighting conditions, projection angle, and content. In most typical environments, these seams are minimal and do not significantly affect overall viewing performance.
At SCREENPRO®, we continuously refine our material selection and stitching techniques to reduce seam visibility and ensure a more uniform projection surface.
