My viewing is mostly at night with only some faint ambient light. During the day, we mainly use the OLED TV behind the drop-down screen. Which screen would be most suitable for me?

For primarily nighttime viewing, SCREENPRO generally recommends a high-contrast grey screen or an ALR screen depending on projector type and room lighting. For standard throw projectors, a high-contrast grey screen can improve black levels and perceived contrast. For ultra short-throw projectors, a dedicated UST ALR screen is usually recommended.

What is the voltage for the SCREENPRO motorized series? Can it be used abroad?

SCREENPRO motorized screens are available in 110V / 220V. No power transformer is required. The correct voltage will be supplied according to the shipping address.

What is T-Prism?

SCREENPRO^® T-Prism is an anti-light feature material, using a special trapezoidal optical physical structure, automatically separates the natural light and ultra-short-focus projector light, and absorbs ambient light on the light-absorbing surface by about 86% to achieve the ambient light rejection function. Using the multi-layer directional coating technology of the reflective surface, the projection screen contrast, color reproduction, gain ratio, and angle of view are optimally combined, and nearly 85% of the projector's light is reflected by the human eye so that the viewer can view it under natural light.
Watching the effect in a day and night environment, even in bright living rooms, it still presents 4K Ultra HD.

Remarks:
1. The flameproof rating is determined according to the safety level of France NF P92-507.
2.
A. "A-washing refers to cleaning the screen surface with a solution of 7% ethanol and 3% ether."
B. "Clean the screen with kitchen detergent and water. Note that acidic detergents should not be used on any screen surface."

Cleaning Steps:
1. Use a soft brush to remove general dust from the screen surface.
2. Dip a soft cloth in mild soapy liquid or neutral detergent to clean the screen surface.
3. Avoid using rough objects or clothes as they may damage the screen surface.
4. The screen surface has optical textures, so please wipe horizontally when cleaning the fabric and avoid wiping vertically or in a circular motion.
5. Please ensure that the screen is completely dry after cleaning.

- To prevent puncturing or scratching the screen surface, please avoid direct contact with sharp objects.
- Do not use organic solvents such as acetone, benzene, or alcohol to clean the screen as they can cause permanent damage

No. ALR materials are not recommended for the Quick-Fold series because folding the screen may create creases in the material.
