Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Check if the screen power is on and ensure the remote control battery has been installed correctly.

2. Ensure that the synchronizer is plugged into the projector's power supply, not the screen's, as specified in the manual.

3. Due to the impact of bumps during long-distance transportation, the internal wiring of your screen may have become disconnected. Please disconnect the power and check if any wires are loose inside the circuit board.

4. Verify whether you are frequently adjusting the screen limits. After raising and lowering the screen three times, wait 30 minutes for the motor to cool down.
