The projector is made up of Light Source, Optical Engine & Cameral Lens. 1.Light Source
At present, there are three main light sources used in projectors on the market: UHP Light Source, Laser Light Source & LED Light Source

* UHP Light Source is a traditional ultra-high voltage light source, which is gradually eliminated due to its short life (6000Hr) and fast light attenuation.
* Although the LED Light Source has a lifespan of more than 20,000 Hour and low cost, it is only used for Pico Projector with a projected screen size less than 100 inches due to its low Lumen (low projection screen brightness).
* The Laser Light Source has a wide color gamut, low attenuation, long life (20,000Hr), and high Lumen (above 3000ANSI). The disadvantage is that the current cost is relatively high. In order to distinguish other types of projector light source, it is called Laser.
2. The Lens
The traditional LCD Projector uses Medium and Long focal length lens, that is, we usually call it a telephoto projector. But Short-Throw Projector adopts an Ultra wide-angle lens, which we usually call Short-Throw Projector.

Advantages of Laser Short-Throw Projector
a. It is not limited by the viewing place, and it is easy to install and place

About LASER TV

What are the specific requirements of the Laser Short-Throw Projector for the match screen:

ALR SCREEN

At present, there are mainly three types of ALR SCREEN in the market:
1) Fresnel
2) Black-matrix

These are all practical applications of Fresnel technology. Fresnel ALR SCREEN is standard Fresnel structure, that is, arc-shaped structure, its manufacturing process is relatively complex, T-Prism & Black-matrix effect ALR SCREEN are all liner Fresnel structure, the three ALR technologies are to reflect ambient light and projected light in different Reflection and absorption is carried out on the surface, and different coating technologies are used to coat the high-performance multi-layer reflective material on the projection light reflection surface, so as to achieve the best anti-light and projection effect.

Fresnel ALR SCREEN

The anti-side light ability is better than the latter two, and the brightness in the central area is higher than the latter two. The disadvantage is that the field of view is small (100), and the curling performance is not good. At present, it can only reach 120 inches. The product structure is single, only can Do hard screen; handling is inconvenient, logistics and transportation costs are high;

Black-matrix ALR SCREEN has better anti-top light ability than the other two, a large field of view (172), and better curling performance than Fresnel ALR SCREEN. Hard screen, Ultra frame screen, and some electric products;
